I have been beachcombing practically all of my life and have never seen a rock with these stalagmite like forms. I wish I had a time lapse video to watch the processes that caused these unique shapes to appear. They were perfect for this sculpture to pour out into the spaces between the sideward protrusions.
This handmade sculpture belongs to an open edition series. The series has no predetermined limit and will continue to grow with new unique pieces. This work is stamped with the year completed, its chronological number in the series, and the artist’s signature on the back.
