Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within ten [10] calendar days of delivery, provided the work is returned in its original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived, the original box and protective materials should be used where possible, the item must not be damaged through mishandling, improper storage, or insufficient return packaging, and return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. If the returned item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging or improper care during return shipment, we reserve the right to refuse the refund in full or in part. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Local addresses may be deemed eligible for pick up of the item being returned.

Refunds
Vojta will notify you once the item is received and inspected and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
